I had a lovely day today just working in my studio using up scrap batting to make these fun placemats. I found these easy peasy instructions how to do miter corners and I was off and running.
I've attached the link for the instructions to do the miter corners: Just click on the banner over the picture and it will take you directly to the instructions. They're a lot of fun - but let me warn you, they are also very addictive. Hope you give them a try - enjoy!
To see some examples of my custom quilting please scroll to the very bottom of this page. The majority of these are customer quilts who requested full custom quilting.

Fairy Quilt
This is a customer quilt I just finished up, she brought me two which I think she said were for her granddaughters for Christmas. I used "Dusty Miller" panto by Patricia Ritter, Hobbs 80/20 batting and Wonderfil Mirage variegated thread. I have a feeling she'll be very happy with it.
