I am always amazed when I see some of these gorgeous embroidered quilt tops never mind when I'm asked to quilt them. I can't even attempt a reasonable guess of how many hours go into making one of these treasurers. Just image trying to line up these designs and getting everything to match - wow!
Carol brought me this Jenny Haskins design called "Lavender Dream". She mentioned she had finished it a while ago but just hadn't gotten around to getting it quilted. Well yesterday she picked it up and happy to say she was pleased.
As many of you know I love traditional quilting and feathers are always right up my alley. Full custom quilting was done on this piece of art using 100% wool batting for definition and Invisifil thread by Wonderfil.
