Wool Quilt - Hand Appliqued

This is a wonderful hand appliqued wool quilt made by a customer Cindy.  I think it was a class project held at "Out of Hand", a unique quilt store here in Calgary.  This beauty was done all in hand dyed wools and is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art.

I used wool batting to show more definition and Invisifil thread by Wonderfil. The quilting was full custom, all freehand with a bit of ruler work.

Traditional Sampler Quilt - "Star Daze"

This is a lovely sampler quilt from a fairly new customer and she called it  "Star Daze". I did full custom quilting on this traditional sampler using mainly templates, rulers and free hand quilting. The border was a new treatment I had never tried before and it is using straight lines set at right angels.
